Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with HubSpot expertise to take our email strategy to the next level. We have a list of more than 27,000+ leads, customers & contacts with a lot of room for growth.

The ideal Email Marketing Specialist will lead the email strategy, develop a value-driven approach to nurture prospects into becoming a customer.

Email Marketing Specialist will manage, build, and optimize workflows related to the marketing-side of the prospect journey and execute campaigns for Legacy Farmer that drive trials for Farmer Metrics or applications for Legacy Farmer (mastermind program). 

You will be responsible for implementing email strategies that drive engagement, increase conversions, and maintain list health.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, build, and send email campaigns and automations in HubSpot
  • Write and edit email copy with a strong focus on conversion
  • Build and optimize automated email sequences (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, promo, etc.)
  • Manage list segmentation, audience targeting, and contact hygiene
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs for better performance
  • Develop reporting on email performance
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on insights (open rates, click-through, unsubscribes, applications, etc.)
  • Stay up to date on best practices for deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM), and trends

Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the Legacy Farmer program.
  • Business Coaching: Provide personalized coaching and consulting to customers, helping them improve their financial and operational management.
  • Leadership: Serve as a leader and mentor to customers, guiding them through strategic decisions that affect the long-term success of their businesses.
  • Financial Expertise: Leverage your background in ag banking or financial roles within the agricultural industry to offer sound financial advice and best practices.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of clients, helping them track key financial metrics and offering adjustments to their strategies as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring high satisfaction with Legacy Farmer services.
  • Problem-Solving: Help customers overcome challenges in their business operations and finances, offering creative and actionable solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to continuously improve the customer experience and ensure alignment with company goals.

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

    • 2+ years of experience in email marketingDeep familiarity with
      HubSpot
      (must be confident in segmentation, automations, workflows, lists, and reporting)
    • Strong writing and editing skills
    • Ability to track results, interpret data, and optimize accordingly
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Bonus if you have experience in agriculture related fields
