Jace Young, our Founder and CEO, is a Western Kansas Farm Kid and Ex-Ag Banker turned Entrepreneur focused on helping American Farmers and Ranchers build an organized, structured, and profitable operation that they can one day pass onto their children and grandchildren.
Before founding Legacy Farmer, Jace experienced the financial collapse of his family's operation in the summer of 2005. He was in high school and living with his parents when they lost everything and were forced to walk away from the family farm that they had dedicated their lives to building.
His desire to become an entrepreneur kicked in following his career as an Ag Loan Officer where he realized that very few Farmers had the financial organization, structure, and systems in place that would help their farms survive and thrive for generations to come. Today, he works to help Farmers streamline the entire financial side of their operation so that they leave behind a profitable and sustainable Farm Operation to their children and grandchildren.
We hold everyone accountable, with a deep-rooted care for our team and customers.

Integrator & COO
Joni Kremlacek, our Integrator & COO, is a Farm Wife, Mom, and Ag Business Owner alongside her husband in Nebraska.
Joni and her husband joined Legacy Farmer in July of 2019. Joni was working corporate at the time and after a few months of being a member and having the right kind of experience needed to fill a need within Legacy Farmer, there wasn't a shred of doubt that she wanted to be a part of impacting the lives of others families in the agriculture industry.
Over the past 2 ½ years, Joni has spoken with 50 - 60 ag business owners from all over the US every month, who have applied to come into Legacy Farmer. She quickly recognized the gaps and how underserved the agriculture industry is. Joni’s passion is helping other families, like her own, come up with a game plan to not only build a business that will be sustainable for generations to come, but to establish a good quality of life, which in her opinion, is priceless.
Head of Operations
Beka Morelli, our Program Manager, is a Farm Wife and owner and operator of a wheat, alfalfa hay and cow-calf operation with her husband, in Central Oregon.
After graduating college Beka pursued a variety of different career paths, from science to accounting. It was not until working on growing their own Ag Business that she found her true passion. She developed financial systems that brought clarity and allowed for growth inside their operation. Then she started to provide her financial services to other small business owners looking for the same.
Beka and her husband joined the Legacy Farmer Community in 2021, seeking accountability and the tools to develop improved operating systems to take their business to the next level. When the opportunity to join the Legacy Farmer Team arose, she had no doubt that it was a perfect alignment of her skills, passions, and values.
Joining the Legacy Farmer Team has given Beka the opportunity to provide hardworking Ag Business owners with clarity on their numbers and the help with business planning they need to secure their operation for the next generation.
Client Experience & Success
Courtney, our client experience specialist, is a mom of 2 boys, and another one on the way! Courtney and her husband, Austin have been members of Legacy Farmer for a couple of years now.
Courtney’s passion for helping people lead her to pursue a career as a Dental Hygienist. She has loved the one-on-one interaction with her patients over the last nine years, but she is excited to become more involved in the agriculture industry.
Courtney has been moved by the confidence Legacy Farmer has provided her husband in his business and she is so excited to be a part of helping other families, like her own.
Account Manager
Tyler is one of our Account Managers at Legacy Farmer. He is a husband to Hanna and a father to their son Kane.
Tyler has spent his whole life in agriculture, growing up at the family seed company. After graduating from college and a short stint overseas in Afghanistan, he came back to the family seed company and started his own cattle herd and gun store. In 2023, he left the family business to forge his own path with the gun store. While at the seed company (and in Afghanistan), Tyler realized he had a much stronger passion for leading and helping others succeed.
He is looking forward to serving and helping others at Legacy Farmer!
Enrollment Advisor
Tristin, our Enrollment Advisor, comes from a sixth generation farm and is also a previous Legacy Farmer member. Tristin has grown up in the agricultural industry and has always had a passion for both row crop farming and raising cattle. In fact, she owns a small business that allows her to sell their family’s beef from farm to table.
Tristin and her family joined Legacy Farmer in 2023 when she was employed as the CFO of their family farm operation, trucking and excavating companies. She managed the Farmer Metrics accounts for all three entities and quickly saw the value in the financial awareness it was able to provide at the decision-making level. She is passionate about sharing those resources with other family farm operations to ensure its survival for the next generation. Tristin is committed to leading and advising customers through her own experiences as a CFO in the agriculture industry. She is excited to see the positive impacts Legacy Farmer continues to have on families like her own.
